Powerflex Road Series Lower Engine Mount Insert – PFF16-720
The PFF16-720 Lower Engine Mount Insert is expertly crafted from our Yellow 70A durometer material, ensuring enhanced mount longevity and performance. This insert is designed to fill the voids in the original equipment (OE) rubber mount, effectively smoothing out gear changes by stiffening and supporting the often deteriorated rubber bush. This is a common failure point in tuned vehicles. By using this insert, you will experience a more precise and settled transmission response during both acceleration and deceleration. Please note, a slight increase in noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) at idle is to be expected when stiffening the connecting mount between the engine/transmission and chassis. The harder the material, the greater the NVH transmitted.
