Zircoflex Shield R Air Intake Heat Shield Material

Description

Zircoflex Shield R heat shield material by Zircotec has been designed for automotive and motorcycle applications. This air intake version measures 140mm long by 205mm wide by 11mm in depth and is 7mm thick. Designed to be fitted to pipes with a diameter of between 63 and 89mm. Each sheet of Shield R material is hand made by Zircotec in the U.K, therefore there may be some size difference.

The Shield R material is operational up to 1000°C and achieves up to 50% reduction in hot-to-cold face temperatures, thus protecting critical components from heat damage. Suitable for a wide range of applications such as exhaust pipes and air intakes.

This small curved sheet of Zircoflex Shield R comes complete with four stainless steel cable ties to enable fitment.
