09 Design BBK 6-Pot Caliper Service Kit – Per Caliper
Restore consistent braking and extend caliper life with this 09 Design service kit for 6-piston calipers. Heat, dust and old brake fluid can harden seals and reduce performance. Fresh seals help stop leaks, improve pedal feel and keep the caliper moving smoothly under load.
The kit replaces all internal piston seals and outer dust boots with high temperature, brake fluid resistant parts, made to precise tolerances for a direct fit on 09 Design 6-pot calipers. Ideal for fast road and track-focused cars where calipers see sustained heat.

Fitment
Direct fit for 09 Design 6-pot calipers used in the following 09 Design Big Brake Kits: Focus ST Mk4/Mk4.5 (FBR019AA) and Puma ST 1.5 (FBR023AA). Not compatible with 909 Motorsport brake kits.

Notes
We recommend a clean workspace, quality brake fluid, and careful inspection of pistons and bores. If any hard parts are damaged or corroded, replace them before reassembly. Bed brakes in after service and check for leaks.
