Designed for non-GPF models, this clever upgrade lets you decide exactly when the exhaust valves open and close, putting the character of your car’s soundtrack firmly in your hands.

What Active Valve Control Does
Modern performance cars often come fitted with valves in the exhaust system that open and close to manage noise levels. Mercedes-AMG controls these based on driving mode, which can be restrictive if you want more sound at lower revs or a quieter cruise in Sport mode. Milltek’s AVC unit overrides this behaviour, allowing the driver to take full control.
The system integrates directly with the car’s CAN BUS (the vehicle’s internal communication network), so it works seamlessly without cutting wires or causing fault codes. Built-in safety controls ensure the valves behave sensibly when needed, such as during cold starts.

Fitment
This AVC unit is designed specifically for the Mercedes-AMG C63 and C63S W205 (Non GPF models only). GPF (Gasoline Particulate Filter) equipped cars use a different exhaust setup and are not compatible with this version.
