Forge Motorsport Intercooler for Audi RS3 8V
Forge Motorsport’s intercooler for the Audi RS3 8V chassis is a significant upgrade from the stock intercooler, offering real-world increases in power and temperature drops. The core is a massive 640x250x100 and of bar and plate design, providing a 55% more surface area than stock and an impressive 94% more volume. The end tanks are made with integrated pipes to retain the stock boost hoses, and the kit includes a genuine Audi RS3 crash bar modified in-house to accept the new larger core.
On a standard car, the intercooler resulted in a gain of 24bhp and a drop of 35°C in peak inlet temperature. The kit includes full instructions for installation and all necessary components.
If your car is fitted with adaptive cruise control, a billet bracket and fixings are available for the relocation of the ACC radar.
According to extensive testing, the Forge intercooler significantly improves cooling efficiency, resulting in solid and repeatable performance gains. The intercooler has been proven to complement Stage 3 development and is suitable for Litchfield tuning packages for the Audi RS3 8V.
